Originally from Aix-en-Provence, Elisabeth dreamed of bringing a slice of her homeland to Central Florida.That dream took shape in the heart of Winter Park, where Choulala first opened on the elegant Park Avenue, capturing the chic European flair and outdoor café atmosphere she missed from home.In December 2017, Choulala expanded with its flagship location on SR 436 in Winter Park—a warm and welcoming pâtisserie that also houses the brand’s full-scale production kitchen. This space serves as the backbone of Choulala’s growing presence across the region, supporting custom orders, catering for special events, and partnerships with hotels and restaurants.
